General-Purpose Formula (for most food processing scenarios)NR 60 phr + SBR 20 phr + Butadiene Rubber (BR) 20 phr, together with food-grade sulfur 2.4 phr, composite accelerators 2.1 phr, zinc oxide 6 phr, stearic acid 2.5 phr, food-grade antioxidants 3 phr, silica 45 phr and pharmaceutical-grade calcium carbonate 45 phr.This formula balances elasticity and wear resistance. The belt surface is smooth and non-sticky, making it ideal for conveying baked goods, candies, snacks and other regular food products.
Oil-Resistant Formula (for grease-containing food)NR 50 phr + SBR 30 phr + BR 20 phr. The vulcanization system and oil-resistant additives are optimized to greatly enhance resistance to edible oil and grease sauces, and prevent material swelling and failure. It is widely used for fried food production, oil processing and condiment filling lines.
Cost-Effective Formula (for large-scale general applications)NR 40 phr + SBR 30 phr + BR 30 phr. While retaining full food-grade safety certifications, we optimize the filler system to cut production costs without compromising core performance. It is the preferred choice for bulk procurement by large food manufacturers.

2.3 Material Safety Management
All rubber compounds are produced with food-grade raw materials. We impose strict control over key safety indicators:

The conveyor belt features an all-in-one structure composed of top cover rubber layer, bottom cover rubber layer, side rubber layers, carcass layer and adhesive layers. 3.2 Precision Manufacturing Processes
Rubber CompoundingRaw rubber, minor ingredients, silica and food-grade oil agents are added in strict sequence. The mixture is blended in an internal mixer for 5 to 15 minutes to ensure even dispersion of all components and avoid performance defects caused by uneven compounding.
Calendering & FormingHigh-precision calendering equipment is used to produce cover rubber sheets, which fit closely with the carcass. This guarantees strong adhesion between rubber layers and the carcass, completely preventing delamination and peeling.
VulcanizationVulcanization parameters are accurately controlled: temperature at 149℃ ± 2℃, pressure ranging from 2 MPa to 3 MPa, with precisely regulated holding time. It ensures ideal crosslink density of rubber compounds, combining excellent elasticity, mechanical strength and aging resistance.
Surface TreatmentSpecial finishing technology is applied to achieve ultra-clean surface with no impurities or peculiar odors. The surface roughness (Ra) is controlled below 0.8 μm, which prevents food residue buildup and bacterial growth. The belt is easy to clean, well suited for frequent cleaning operations on food production lines.
